Crazy wanderer Mexican who after dedicating most of her life working as a climate scientist with a PhD, finally found her purpose of converting her passion of cooking the food that she loves the most: vibrant, colorful, fresh in a 100% full time job.

Years of being a wandering soul travelling around different countries gave her the opportunity to test flavours from different cultures and learning and experimenting the secrets of the mixture of these flavours increased her enthusiasm of cooking and sharing these flavour of the world in one single place.

Finally, her journey ended in Georgia, country that robbed her heart because of the people, geography, climate and about all the fresh produce and wine! So with the help of georgian and expat friend she little by little made a reallity the dream of Mama Terra in Tbilisi.
